Indications/Description :

• Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism and normal psychological functions, such as intellectual functions.Magnesium help reduce fatigue and tiredness in situations of inadequate mincronutrient status
• Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12 all aid the normal function of your nervous system
• Melissa is a plant with relaxing actions, the extract of which promotes falling asleep

Dosage :

1 white capsule in the morning and 1 yellow capsule in the evening, to be taken with a glass of water.
